As result of this growth we are looking to expand the sponsorship sales team and need intelligent, dedicated Sponsorship Sales people to enable the sponsorship team to develop further into international markets and build firm knowledge and relationships into a variety of key B2B industry sectors.

This is an end to end solution sale in the truest sense.  You will be trained to add value to clients from first contact through to delighting them with results.  This will build you a solid repeat market allowing you to build your success further and of course grow your personal wealth rapidly!

The ideal candidate would be someone who is intelligent, driven to succeed and dedicated to sales. Someone who is hungry to develop sales skills and increase earnings. A team player and a good listener. Candidates with conference sales experience will be an added advantage.

The role

  • Identify and map out solution providers in your target market to plan your route to success
  • Contact that market through calls and meetings.
  • Build strong relationships through your market intelligence and strong client delivery to grow your events
  • Have a deep understanding of your clients business objectives to make your event an integral part of the development strategy
  • Creative unique package development to suit your clients objectives through conferences and an online platform
  • Create in depth proposals that meet all the clients objectives
  • Be open to learning from managers and colleague, we can perfect a process together
  • Hit your revenue target with support from your manager
